We charge a flat 15% consignment commission to the artist on successful sales. There are 0% buyer premium fees added to the winning bid.
3. How are shipping claims resolved?
Shipments are fully insured. Damage claims must be supported by photographic proof submitted to our team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate escrow refund.

Every monthly online art auction features exclusive original pieces from vetted emerging creators. Bids submitted through our digital bidding portals are legally binding contracts. Bidders must be of legal age, register with verified contact coordinates, and complete payment within 48 hours of winning the lot.
2. Commission Structure & Payments
The New Art Magazine charges a flat 15% consignment commission on successful auction sales. There are no additional buyer premium fees. Bidding payments are held in secure escrow and disbursed to the consigning artist once delivery is verified.
3. Shipping and Certificate of Authenticity
Winning bidders are responsible for actual shipping fees and custom duties. The consigning artist is responsible for packing, fully insuring, and shipping the artwork within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Each lot includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
4. Escrow, Returns and Refunds
Payments remain in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Returns or refunds are only authorized in the rare event of transit damage, verified by photographic proof sent to our team within 48 hours of delivery.
